With more than 15 years of experience at Cyclone Santé, Karine leads the client services team and aims to offer the required IME availabilities to meet client needs. Recognized for her expertise and service-oriented approach, she plays a key role in fostering trusted relationships with partners and clients, directly contributing to Cyclone Santé’s reputation and success.

Virginie oversees the quality assurance and compliance team, actively participating in the review of IME reports. She ensures that each report meets compliance standards, is rigorous and maintains high quality. In addition, she plays a key role in onboarding new physicians and continuously works to enhance her department's efficiency.

Émilie works closely with clients on a daily basis, coordinating appointment requests and guiding clients to ensure their needs are met with efficiency. She strives to ensure complete client satisfaction by recommending the physician and specialty best suited to each IME request.

Mathuya welcomes patients to the clinic for their medical evaluation. She assists the clinical services team and collaborates with physicians to ensure that each appointment proceeds smoothly.
